JNX Studio — Tokyo Tower District Scope: approximately 2 x 2 kilometres, centred on Tokyo Tower Origin: longitude 139.74543, latitude 35.65858, ellipsoid height 55 m. Local axes: X east, Y north, Z up; units metres. BUILDINGS / ROADS / VEGETATION Source: Project PLATEAU, Minato-ku 2025, textured LOD3 datasets. https://www.geospatial.jp/ckan/dataset/plateau-13103-minato-ku-2025 https://api.plateauview.mlit.go.jp/datacatalog/plateau-datasets GROUND IMAGERY Source: PLATEAU-Ortho 2023 distribution (underlying survey dates vary). https://docs.plateauview.mlit.go.jp/datasets/ortho/ ATTRIBUTION / MODIFICATIONS Based on data from MLIT Project PLATEAU and the source municipality. Edited visualization by JNX Studio; not an official MLIT publication. Changes: geographic crop, 3D Tiles conversion, ECEF to local ENU coordinates, terrain interpolated from surveyed road geometry, material adjustments, lighting, camera composition and Blender render. Source conditions: https://www.mlit.go.jp/plateau/site-policy/ ACCURACY Source geometry and textures are preserved, subject to dataset coverage, LOD and survey date. Terrain between roads is interpolated rather than a surveyed DEM. This model is suitable for aerial visualization, not a survey-certified digital twin or uniform street-level photogrammetry. ARTIST RECONSTRUCTION The simplified source tower shell was replaced by open, modelled steel lattice with the official 333 m total height and 150 m / 250 m decks. Individual truss members, deck structure and antenna details are visual reconstructions, not engineering survey geometry. Reference: https://en.tokyotower.co.jp/plan/towerpedia/ Supplementary tree crowns are inferred from green orthophoto patches. Road lane markings are draped aerial imagery, not separate paint meshes. Texture repair: 89 untextured LOD3 tiles replaced by official matching 2025 textured LOD2 tiles. The 12 tiles without imagery, plus residual untextured faces in the replacement tiles, use aerial roof projection and synthesized window facade textures (visual reconstruction, not surveyed facade photography).
